Service availability, cemetery rules, permitted care activities, scheduling, and customization details are confirmed before enrollment.
Care, collections and meaningful dates
Families choose visit frequency separately from monthly, quarterly or annual billing. One-time visits and birthday, anniversary, holiday or remembrance-day tributes are available. Higher-collection designs, specialty embellishments and additional visits receive a written upgrade quote.
Every placement uses family-shared information to honor the individual. Storytelling is optional; all levels include choices for colors and meaningful personal details.

Routine care includes permitted leaf and litter removal, light tidying, arrangement placement and photo confirmation. Headstone cleaning is assessed and quoted separately.
No long-term contract. Pause or cancel before the next renewal; unused unperformed prepaid visits are refundable under the written care terms.

Who is the partnership program designed for?
Funeral homes, cemeteries, memorial parks, and other death-care organizations seeking additional ways to personalize the family experience through handcrafted memorial décor and continued remembrance services.
What partnership opportunities can we explore?
Conversations may include potential family referrals, custom memorial orders, display programs, memorial packages, and ongoing family-remembrance services. Each arrangement is tailored to the organization and confirmed in writing.
How do the display packages work?
Select one of five setup levels based on your available space and the type of experience you want to provide. Options range from a small tabletop introduction to a fully branded experience center. Packages may be arranged as a one-time or monthly option.
Who owns and cares for the display items?
Unless purchased through a separate written arrangement, display samples, signage, and associated materials remain the property of Sentiments by TALL. The partner keeps them secure and is responsible for loss, theft, or damage while they are in its possession.
When is payment due, and how is setup scheduled?
Full payment is due before setup. The setup date, delivery or pickup time, and display location are confirmed in the written agreement. Requested date changes must be made in writing and remain subject to availability.
What happens at the end of the display period?
Display property is returned in the same condition, allowing for normal wear, unless the parties approve a continued-use or purchase arrangement.
Are commissions, discounts, exclusivity, or revenue sharing included?
No such terms are presented as established. Any commission, discount, exclusivity, preferred-provider status, revenue sharing, territory, or multi-location structure would require separate discussion and written approval.
